I didn't really have any room in the last review for any sort of author bio so I guess I'll do that now. Justina Robson considers herself first and foremost a sci-fi author so if you're interested check out her other books, Natural History, Silver Screen, Mappa Mundi, and Living Next Door to the God of Love. The Quantum Gravity series is what happened when Justina decided to relax a little and have some fun with her writing. Wonderful things seem to happen when people break out of their little niches and come at things from a another direction or with a new vision. I would've included a link to one of her websites, but neither one I've found has been updated in quite some time.

If Lila Black thought a trip into Faery was going to be any easier than staying in Demonia dealing with constant duels and her two husbands she was wrong. It seems that Malachi's (cat faery, Incon agent, Lila's friend) little diversion has turned into a major problem for Otopia. The animalistic Mothkin are driving humans mad and awakening ghosts all across the realm. This is also bad for faeries since they are being rounded up and put in camps by the authorities. To hunt all the Mothkin Malachi needs help from Faery, but before the scheduled trip gets underway Lila and Zal disappear right from their own bedroom. There will be no hope for Otopia until they find a way to unlock the depths of Faery. Now, in order to do that they have to first deal with a near god who's looking for a good hunt and the proper question.

Well, here we are at the third book of the series and, to my delight, definitely not the last. On the other hand, I was disappointed that while Going Under does have a plot its not a very strong one. Mostly this book is more about furthering the series as a whole so nothing is really decided in this book and I ended up with a lot more questions than answers by the end. It wasn't even a cliffhanger type of ending, it was more of a "What the hell just happened?" ending. The fourth book better be out pretty soon because I have a whole lot of questions looking for answers.
